Flyability does not currently have the funding to offer scholarships to train to fly paramotors.
However, one of the routes to qualify to fly paramotors involves first gaining Club Pilot rating at a BHPA school on paragliders (without power – usually training to fly with a tow launch) and then converting to power. Flyability scholarships for Elementary and Club Pilot ratings are still available to people wishing to train via this route.
